Two oversized formats, tissue with PE film
A seat cover that actually covers the seat. Both formats are cut oversized with a long front flap and side flaps, so the cover reaches the parts of the pan rim that a standard half-sheet cover leaves exposed.
The front flap is the functional part: it hangs down over the front of the bowl and keeps clothing off the porcelain, which is the contact point most users are actually worried about.
Tissue laminated to PE film gives a cover that stays intact when it is placed rather than tearing on contact with a wet seat.
