Disposable Underpads
Five-layer SAP core, five stock sizes
Our disposable underpads are the workhorse of any continence program. A five-layer construction pulls fluid away from the skin and locks it into a super-absorbent polymer core, so the top sheet stays dry against the resident long after the pad has taken on volume.
The polyethylene backing is a genuine fluid barrier rather than a splash guard. It protects the mattress, the chair or the trolley underneath, which is where the real replacement cost sits. Non-slip in use, and quiet enough not to disturb a sleeping resident during a check.
Five stock sizes cover everything from a chair pad to a full-width bed pad. If your facility standardises on a size we do not list, we can have it made to your specification.
