CPE Isolation Gowns
Thumb-loop cuffs, full back coverage, 5-year shelf life
A single-layer cast polyethylene gown built for fluid protection. CPE is a genuine impervious barrier: unlike a non-woven gown, nothing passes through it, which is why it is the standard choice for isolation precautions and food handling.
The thumb loop is the detail that matters. It anchors the sleeve at the wrist so it cannot ride up when gloves are pulled on over it, which closes the gap between glove and cuff where exposure actually happens.
Apron-style neck and waist ties allow the gown to be torn away in one motion at doffing without pulling it across the face. Individually folded and boxed so gowns dispense one at a time from the carton.
